I just gave my wife my 8700r.
One of the problems is we need to install the software on the laptop, and it runs Vista Home Premium.
She cannot hear the ring on the ver 4.2 software, so I would like to try and go back (shudder) to the older software for her.
Does anyone know if it will work?
BTW, everything works fine under XT, but that is just not an option. It's either that or an ear trumpet.
