Default Why don't I see "Forward Unanswered Calls" as an option?

Please Login to Remove!

I have voicemail, but when I'm at the office I want to set it so my phone after the 4 rings transfers to my work number, and not voicemail, so people end up leaving a message on my work voicemail, and I don't have to check my cell's VM each time.

This should be doable right thru my BB, but I don't see the option. I've gone as per the link in this page GO HERE (and similar info in this forum) to the Phone Options, and then the Call Forwarding screen, but just see the "Forward All Calls" option, and not the "Forward Unanswered Calls" one.

Is this dependant on the carrier you're with? Oddly enough, it's not even in the user guide either... I'm on the 4.5 OS with Rogers in Canada.

I see the same instructions on T mobile's Pearl support website even...

As per Rogers, I should even be able to do a "No Reply Call Forward" this way:

To activate: * 61 * [area code and phone number] # SEND
To cancel: # 61 # SEND
To reactivate: * 61 * SEND
Status: * # 61 # SEND

But when doing it, it gives me "Supplementary service error: Status error"

Aaargh! Help!
