You need a specific
Blackberry data plan for email. You do not have one, that is why you get the enterprise server message. Enterprise server is BES, which is corporate connection for email, etc. You need BIS (Blackberry Internet Services) which is the personal service.
You need to talk to Boost and have them add the BB data plan, if they offer it for your device. RIM won't help you since it is the carriers that provide the service to RIM.
