I was referring to the "Disable Desktop Connectivity" policy.

Its definition is " Specify whether the BlackBerry device can use Bluetooth technology to connect to the Desktop Manager".

If you do not set this rule a default value of True will be used.

Therefore, by default, this functionality is disabled.
