Crush, check to ensure your CDO file on the BES matches the CDO on exchange. Try to reload the user and do the rset on the calendar on the device. This should wipe out entries on the device and reload them.
Another known issue is with reoccuring meetings. See if thats what is duplicated. When a reoccuring meeting changes it has been known to duplicate on the device.
