I'm replying six months late. I hoe you fixed the problem by now. For future reference, you may need to do an OS wipe and reinstall. Hopefully you have backed up all the info in your phone before you do this.

Otherwise, I'd recommended using the JL_Cmder if you don't want to do the OS wipe.
