I tried "ls /dev/rfcomm0" and it gave me the following output:
/dev/rfcomm0
However, when I run "dmesg", I get the following
[ 36.272000] Bluetooth: Core ver 2.11
[ 36.272000] NET: Registered protocol family 31
[ 36.272000] Bluetooth: HCI device and connection manager initialized
[ 36.272000] Bluetooth: HCI socket layer initialized
[ 36.396000] Bluetooth: L2CAP ver 2.8
[ 36.396000] Bluetooth: L2CAP socket layer initialized
[ 36.400000] Bluetooth: RFCOMM socket layer initialized
[ 36.400000] Bluetooth: RFCOMM TTY layer initialized
[ 36.400000] Bluetooth: RFCOMM ver 1.8
....so, as we can see, dmsg doesn't show that the device is located in /dev/rfcomm0
Is it because the modem part is intentionally unrevealed as rivviepopop already explained? As far as I'm concerned, there're those who already had succeeded with it.
