My guru solved the problem in no time. It's not a Windows 10 problem; it's an i-Tunes problem. There are a couple of resident files in i-Tunes that continue to transfer with every i-Tunes update. He found them and renamed them, and now BB Link is working just fine with my Windows 10. An alternative to finding the problem files can be to delete i-Tunes altogether. That will fix the problem.
