9900 Reboots constantly

9900 Reboots constantly when mobile network is turn on even when the sim card is not present....Tried putting something on tha battery end didn't work...! Tried reloading tha OS it worked jst fine but when u jst switch on tha Mobile network it again start tha Reboot loop....Pliz I need ur help
