[Chesterdog]

BB desktop installed and syncs OK with USB cable but when select Bluetooth tab relevant area "Greyse out" and message states no BTooth connectivity.
However on the other my BTooth mouse works OK?
We have unistalled cleaned registry & reinstalled to no avail
I running windows XP Pro on a dell laptop
Has anybody out there had a similar problem/cure
