So obviously it is a memory issue (thanks JSCONVERS). I've read the link that MRKYOO posted, and it shouldn't be a problem...it just seems a bit involved. Are there any other options available to free up some memory?

To the OP, you need to remove the battery
with the phone TURNED ON.
