VZW has:

2GB for $30
5GB for $50
8GB for $80

AT&T has:

256MB for $15
3GB for $30
5GB for $50

Both are no contract and month to month and Verizon offers ability to hotspot the iPad where AT&T does not..

Verizon LTE is also in hundreds upon hundreds of more cities..
