www.ircbeginner.com with your desktop browser. It works fine from my desktop when I click the link in the previous sentence.
This is what a jmIrc profile might look like:
Profile name: Beginner
Nick: mextel
Alternative nick: mextel1
IRC server: Amsterdam.NL.Eu.UnderNet.org
IRC server port: 6667
Channels: #beginner
Username: mextel
Real name: joe mextel
Server password: mexpass
You don't have to have a password to use the beginner channel, though it does open up some important features.
