Well, the laggy-ness has fixed itself--finally.

I copied the Tmo Zen theme from the .442 OS into the .536 OS and I have my bigger font back (us old guys need that!)

So far, it seems ok. Picture browsing is super fast.

Edit: Since everyone keeps asking me....Time from battery insert to main screen on reboot: 3:15
