I agree with those two, especially #1. I had just thought to myself that I have not read too much about peoples frustration of the screen while in a call. Now tonight I have read that in 2 different threads.

I would also add a quicker way to dial out. On my pearl, I could just start typing someone's name from my main screen and their contact info would pop up. Seem like too many steps to access a phone number.
