Here is my experience with getting a tracking number from VZW.
ME: "Hi, can I get a tracking number for my order?"
VZW: "What is your order number?"
ME: "xxxxxxxxx"
VZW: "I don't have that yet, its being processed. Please (Ding Dong) call tomorrow."
ME: "Never mind, FedEx is at my door, thanks for your help"
This happen to me when I ordered my 7130e when it came out...
