Folders as in folders that you can create in a mail client and move the message to those folders? Or saving messages you want to keep so they don't expire from your BB? If it is the former, you can move messages to folders if you are activated on a BES server. If it is the latter, you can highlight a message and chose to save it and then it is moved to a folder called saved messages on your phone. Hopefully I haven't confused you.
