Unhappy Upgraded to BES 4.0 and now I get duplicate emails from bes

Please Login to Remove!

My company added me to the new 4.0 BES and now I am getting duplicate exchange emails on my 7230. What would cause this and how can I stop it? Thanks for your help

Try a simple reboot first. This has fixed the duplicate mail problems with our BES in the past.

remove user. readd user. reactivate handheld.

How about making sure that nothing is being forwarded to a BWC account, as well, making sure that Desktop Redirector isn't being used to sync or forward...
