We had a user that was receiving their emails on their 8310 but within 30 seconds you could watch as the emails "disappeared". It turned out that they had pictures on the device taking up all of the memory. Once the pictures were moved off, emails were received and stayed put. My question is - even after reactivating the device (bes), those bounced emails don't come through. They show in Outlook...but not on the device. Why is this?
Because they have already been "received" by the device. They didn't "bounce" as per a bad address, they were delivered and removed by the device. It is like your brain will start to eat muscle in starvation mode, to preserve itself.
I had suggested a card but the user doesn't think they need it...now that they know about the picture "issue" they're just going to move pictures off more often. Thanks
