I have a 7250 through Bell Mobility.

I was using the "smoothie" theme, but grew tired of it. When I went to go back to the "default" theme, there was a new theme in the list called "Bell".

1. I did not download it. Any idea how it arrived at my BB?

2. Neither the Bell theme, or the default theme have a separate icon for "Compose Email" (which the default theme did have, before I tried smoothie). How can I get the compose email icon back? I don't like the multiple clicks of the wheel required without it to compose a message.

3. I've also just noticed that in email (both Bell and default themes) there is no longer a menu option for "reply all".

It actually is included as part of the software install for 4.1. You either purchased it included or you upgraded your software to 4.1 and it would have been installed at that time. Nothing risky there, the Bell Theme is an updated look and feel to the usual Blackberry screen.

...and I have to say it every possible oppotunity: Smoothie sucks.
I only do this because Plazmic is a great company and they should know better than to release trash. Can you download Wave for the 7250? Now that is fine Plazmic theme.

4.1 operates a bit differently. There is no longer a "compose" icon on the ribbon (main screen). You can, however, use the "c" shortcut while in messages.

"reply to all" should still be there?
