I am considering, getting a playbook 16GB
I would like to know step by step how to link both together so all features work.

Download the BlackBerry Bridge application on the Storm.
Download the BlackBerry Bridge application on the Playbook.
Pair the two devices via Bluetooth.
Connect the BlackBerry Bridge between the two devices.

Presumably if you are on Verizon, you have the requisite BlackBerry Data Plan.

Note that the Bridge Browser will be slower (sometimes much slower) than browsing on the PlayBook via the regular browser on WiFi.

Note also that the "phone" application only interfaces with the PlayBook in the form of a screen pop up when the phone is ringing. You can't talk on the phone on the PlayBook.
