I have just implemented our first BlackBerry server.

We are running BES Express 5.0.2 with Exchange 2003, and I have some questions regarding the activation process.

I have a BlackBerry 9300, which has the BlackBerry Internet Services enabled, and so far I have only been able to activate the BlackBerry using the cable, but I would prefer to activate it using wireless.

Can someone talk me through the process step by step because I am unsure how to proceed.

You need to be provisioned with a BES data plan to be able to do a wireless Enterprise Activation.
