9000 Theme with 18 icons on main screen

I am sick of having to press the blackberry key to see all my non hidden icons. I have tried the miPhone theme but I hate it so was wondering if anyone has suggestions for a theme much like the Dimension Icon whereby you have 18 icons always on the screen and to get the rest you hit the blackberry key or similar (or just scroll down like my 8830 Curve ?
