Exclamation Same emails keep getting delivered to BB

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7290 that I currently use over Tmobile's Blackberry Internet Service. I set it up and had no issues for about a week until I had my number ported over from Verizon. That same day I started receiving the same emails that are in were in my corporate MS Exchange inbox over and over again even though I had read them while in the office. This doesn't happen everyday, the days it does happen it seems to be every couple of hours. So far it has been going on for a month. I have contacted Tmobile and RIM and so far no resolution. Any ideas?

Do you collect email from multiple addresses on your Internet Mail BlackBerry? I've seen people suffer this issue when both addresses are in a distribution group. In these instances you would of course get 2 of the same emails - one to each address.

No, only one email address and the problem is not duplicates at the same time. It's actually pulling the same emails over and over again from my Outlook inbox. So if I have 50 emails in the office I will get 50 emails on my BB over and over again every few hours.

Sounds like a BIS issue with TMO, when it polls your mail, it isn't marking it as "sent". I don't use the BIS to poll for mail, I forward it instead from my mail server, it eliminates the delay and in your case would eliminate the the duplicates. Maybe give that a shot.

So I set up a rule in my Outlook to forward any emails to my blackberry email address?
