I am configuring BAS 5.03 which has a mirrored SQL Back End.
I am Adding MDS Connection Service settigns to one of the BES INstance, and under Proxy Mappings, Credentials, User Name I get "The Request Could not be completed" when trying to enter the user name "xxxxxxx\xxxxxxxx", if I enter "xxxxxxx\xxxxxxx" (one character less) the request completes.

I have tried: "The request could not be completed" appears when attempting to manage software configurations in the BlackBerry Administration Service | Cellular Solutions

but this has not helped. Has anyone got any ideas how I could add this account in to this configuration?
