Yes, many times. I must correct something though. I said it was just spinning endlessly. I let it spin again and eventually got a message - "Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blsckberry App World Server. Verify your network connections and try again". The thing is that my connections seem fine. I can surf the net no problem and just now I found today's software update and downloaded it and installed it cleanly. The problem seems to be only in App World. Now that I am past my 90 days RIM is of no help. They replied that they could not process my inquiry when all I was asking was how to return the device! They support for 90 days and warranty for a year but don't want to help you in between. Do they wonder why they get so many returns?? BTW does anyone know how to return it? Can't do it through the retailer.
