Default Torch Sync Options?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm new to Torch 9800 but like it. I usd iPhone 3GS + Outlook 2010 + Toodledo Sync to keep my Outlook Contacts, Tasks, Notes, and Calendar synronized. All but Contacts could be synced wirelessly via Toodledo website and phone app.

What is Blackberry's native system for this? Not being an Enterprise users (phone is not from work), is there a comparable method of keeping almost everything wirelessly synced?

This was nice on iPhone since I could create Tasks, Notes, or Calendar items while mobile and find them on my desktop Outlook after auto-sync had occurred.

BIS user have to sync to Outlook using desktop Manager. No wireless option.

But you can do what many of us do is use Google to sync calendar and contacts.

I use Google Sync to wirelessly sync contacts/calendar between Gmail and my BB. Since Thunderbird is my PC email client I use an add-in called Zindus to sync my contacts with Gmail. My iPad also wirelessly syncs with Gmail so no matter where I add, edit or delete appointments and contacts all of my devices will be in sync. That includes a desktop PC, laptop, netbook, BB and iPad.
