Hi!
I'm a total Newbie!!I've had my Pearl for one day!!I went to the Verizon store and had my addressbook contacts transfered....no problem yesterday.Today, I click on my address book and my whold phone freezes for a minute or 2. Address book never pulls up.I can get back to my home page and calendar, etc. but no address book.
Also, last night I tried to switch the right "convience" button from camera to my address book, but nothing happened when I pressed it.
Also, I have no idea how to "reset" my phone, if that is a suggestion!
Like I said, total newbie!!!!!

Take the battery out and then put it back in.
