Hi,
I have a user with a Blackberry 6510. He has somehow forgotten his password. Is there any way to reset the password (I know, that's the purpose of a password)?

Only if he's connected to a BES. Otherwise enter it wrong 10 times, it will wipe itself out, and then you can set a new password.
