Not sure how to create an icon link, but you can hide an icon by holding the ALT key as you press the thumb wheel.

Thumbs up Check Out ShortCut

There is a great little program on Blackberry Freeware that will put a short cut on your desktop that you can set up to go to any website that you want. The program is called Short Cut and can be found at: Blackberry Freeware - Free Software If you ever come across the developer, please let me know, I would love to get this program in a custom version.

The developers name is Jon aka jfisher on the forum. He has posted his email more that once and has actually asked for feedback on his application. You could also visit his website at Sundara Communications. Unfortunately, it appears that he has become busy as of late and not been able to put the finishing touches on this great application. The last version allowed the modification of the icons and the link information. I beleive he was still looking for a way to dynamically rename the shortcuts to something meaningful.
