Check your Profiles (or Sounds) icon

Not in Profiles either.

There is no Sound icon.

I wonder how the sms sound can be changed.

Profiles - select a profile - menu - edit
SMS
ringtone - highlight it , and click, then scroll to the tone you want.

My contacts are not recognized when I save them using the country code.

I tried options and setting up my country code but it still did not work
