Hi. I have problem with my bold and wondered if this was known and also cured in a later OS release
When I receive a new call the sound is not played through the headset. Ny OS is 162. Ta ybh

What type of headset are you using? By "the sound", do you mean the ringtone, or the actual conversation after you answer the call?

When headphones are plugged in, I don't think it rings in the headset. But with Bluetooth, they do ring through the headset. Correct me if I'm wrong...

With the wired headset the phone ringer doesn't ring through the headset.

They have some 3rd party software for the Treo... So many people have this same problem!! This option should totally be a part of the OS, but even if not, why hasn't anyone been able to make a 3rd party application to give ppl the option?? Check out Toysoft's Freedom for the Treo! I'd love something like this for my BB Curve 8330...
