I've been on the phone with ATT and RIM for three hours today. They can't do anything about this issue. I've done a hard reset and still some of the buttons think they're other buttons! I'm pretty sure this is a software issue, there is no physical damage to any of the keys, no water damage, etc. Please help me i'm a college student that can't afford out of warranty options!!!

Sounds like it has either been dropped or gotten wet.

Have you installed any 3rd party apps that could have done it?
