I just did the 4.5 upgrade and now my PC does not recgonize my blackberry. I have an 8110 Blackberry Pearl. The USB is connected properly because the icon (that looks like a little black plug next to the battery) shows, and the PC says there is new hardware, but that's as far as it goes. I have a media card and it doesn't read it, or anything else on my device. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Do you have Mass Storage Mode enabled? (Options > Media Card > Mass Storage Mode = ??)

Try reseating the media card and rebooting the PC.

If that doesn't work, what usually does it with mine (as I've mentioned in other posts) is to lock then unlock the keys and then plug the USB back in.
