I see all these threads advertising different versions of the OS hybrids and all. Currently I'm still running v4.7.0.75. My question is what is the latest OFFICIAL version for the 9530?

4.7.0.122 is the most recent, official, highest release from any carrier for the 9530 model. It is very clearly noted in the highlighted Sticky Threads at the top of this forum.

However, the question you really need to ask is do you really need to upgrade? Does your device work as you need and want it to work? If so, does it really need to be fixed, since it isn't broken?

My advice to all, and probably contrary to many, is that if the device does what you want it to do like you want it to do, then there is no need in risking trying to change/upgrade. You just might do more harm than good.

Saw it big and clear there J. But it didn't say official. I noticed it was linked to Bell Mobility. Reason why I asked official is because when I check for updates from blackberry's official site it did say that I have the lastest software.

That's also true. Personally I really don't NEED an upgrade per se, apart from my memory leaking my device works great. But if there is an upgrade that's official of course I would love it because this would mean some software issues have been resolved...well in my opinion.

Pretty sure the latest release from Verizon is still .075.

Yes, .75 is the latest still from Verizon, but since you didn't ask only for Verizon releases...

And I agree with DubDub in upgrading only if need to do so, etc.
