I just recieved the below error msg. Can someone tell me why and how I can fix it? I did notice recently my bb has been a little slow lately and is lagging.. is it possible I have an application that is corrupt or not fully functional?
Whats the best way to trouble shoot this?

i got the error msg, then my indicator light turns red as if i have a msg, but I dont! ..

Take the battery out and then put it back in.

i do.. but it just happens again.. I was told to erase all my phone logs and msgs *(which i had over 250+ of both phone logs and msgs) and it should be ok.. i just did that.. and it seems to be running much quicker!
