We're new to Blackberry. We're using BES 4.0 and GroupWise 6.5. Currently when we sync our GroupWise address book with our devices (7100i) it only syncs contacts and excludes organizations. Is it possible to sync organizations? Also, is it possible to sync multiple address books?

no and no. You can only sync a single address book at a time, groups not included. Last I heard it was planned for a future release.
