Default confused about emails on blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

fairly new to the blackberry world.

I noticed that on emails that are threaded, in other words, email topics that have been replied or forwarded by orignal sender or other's on topic, I only get one of the emails pushed to my black berry.

So

if Joe sends me and Mary an email, and Mary replies all, I should get 2 emails: the original from Joe and Mary's reply.

But on my blackberry, I will only get one. Which one? that depends.. usually the one that is smaller in size since it gets pushed easier.

In other words, I'm not getting all the emails. Is this setting related?

thanks

Make sure that the BlackBerry is up to date using your BlackBerry desktop software. If thatxxx8217;s not the problem try one of the fallowing things: back up the BlackBerry to you mobile network and do a master reset on the BlackBerry, simply add and remove the email account from the BlackBerry device, if that doesnxxx8217;t solve the problem and if you are using BlackBerry Enterprise Server you need to contact you Companies IT department, how ever if that still doesnxxx8217;t solve the problem contact Technical support from you wireless service provider.

There's no setting, per se. Perhaps you may have set a filter in BIS, or rules in Yahoo, but that's all that comes to mind.

Another possibility is that you are deleting email from the server inbox before BIS can grab it and push to the BlackBerry.
