Guys, I have searched alot on this issue but could not find a proper solution. We are running BES 5 One of our users has Bold 9700 with more than 3000 contacts. He keeps on complaining that any new contacts which he saves on the BB, disppaear after some time. We have tried resending services book, re-activation after wiping but still the issue persists. I have read in some places that it could be a memory issue, but the user has 90MB free memory, so it cannot be that? Any idea? Thanx
