i have configured a blackberry in BES server and successfully activated. But the problem is when that user sends an email from his outlook2010 and the other person who receives this email he will not able to open that email.

Is there anyone else face this issue? how did you solve this issue.

Are you using any sort of encryption or digital signature when sending the message from Outlook?
