So I tested out my wife's PB by adding on my POP3 account. It worked perfectly until I tried to delete it. There seems to be no way to get rid of it! Even changing the setup options does not work. It always bounces back to the correct settings! The messages now contain her Hotmail and Facebook accounts and my email account as well. Help!

Never mind. I found it! I would have found it a lot faster if they had included it in the User Guide!
