Hi I have this problem with the battery life on my BB. When I charge it over night, and go to school with it at the morning and I haven't used it, it seems to be low in battery even though I haven't used it neither have i used any apps. So I thought it was some sort of battery problem so I replaced my battery. Unfortunately that's not resolving my issue. It's done the same thing with the battery problem as the last battery I had. I don't leave any apps on neither do i leave my wifi on, i put it off (same thing with 3G). Nothings different. And usually when I put on lots of apps at once and wifi on, it didn't do that before the problem occured! But now it has. So my request for you guys to see if you know what the problem is. (BTW: I don't hardly put a lot of apps on at once as it slows my phone down)

Phone type : Blackberry Curve 8520
Carrier: Vodafone
Where I bought my phone: Carphone Warehouse
Where I bought my battery: Carphone Warehouse

Based on the web site, i would suspect the battery was not an OEM battery and may be a cheap knockoff. At least I cannot find one except the solar battery.

I use an 8520 and can almost get 32-36 hours easily.

I have WiFi and BT on all the time.

I will try getting a OEM Battery. I will reply soon to see if it has resolved the issue.

Please check which os your phone uses - if it is os4.61 then upgrade to os5 - i had a similar problem and the upgrade cleared it for me. My battery life went down from 24 hours down to 2 hours and is now back.
