Hello,

I'm having issues with my BlackBerry. I get my emails sent to my phone, and I've been having an issue with this recently.

The message notification icon pops up for both places on my phone, but the mail only shows up in my general messages, not in my actual email on the phone. I can sort through the filters and all my messages are there. I tried a soft re-start, and I deleted the email and set it back up again. But it's just not working.

Any ideas on how I can get my baby back up and working right?

The normal function is both the messages folder and the folder created for the email will have a copy.
The email associated with the phone will only go into the massages folder. How many email addresses do you have on the BB. If only one then only the messages folder will get a copy. Not quite sure how your forwarding emails to the BB, you did not indicate the type of service, BIS or BES. How did you create the second folder?
