Ok, I'm new to Blackberry's and their desktop management software. I need to download teh Rogers update so I can answer calls quickly and irritation-less. But, I don't know how. I've downloaded and run the installer on my Desktop, but I don't know how to install it to my device? Do I just connect and hit the sync button in the Desktop Manager?

Any help is great... and I searched for all kinds of variations of "installing rogers update" and found absolutely nothing.

Ok, I connected my crackberry to the PC, and opened desktop manager... My device in the About section says 4.0.2.51... Is that the latest update? I hate reading that filename :( Sorry for sounding dumb.

And, I don't have the time to search through 210+ replies to that post, does this update fix the delayed answer glitch?

Umm, if it does fix this problem, I've not updated the software on the device.. Still takes like 5-10 secs before someone can hear me repeating Hello! Frustrating. i don't want to return my Pearl for the 7130g, but I may have to... I didn't see any messages stating my software on the device updated... But apparently it is..? Some fix thus far... lol
