Default BGR rumor NOKIA bids to buy out RIM

Please Login to Remove!

I found this on the boy genious report. the posted it after another magizine said that Nokia was looking to BUYout rim But don't take it too seriously these have no futher proof to credit this information other than the magizines reporting acuracy.

I find this intersting`thogh the magizine quotes Cowin securites. wich meeans ther probably trying to enfluence clients an share holder to invest in these companiess s stocks bu creating market speculation out of the blue.

Good god, lets hope not. If they do, say good bye to any future CDMA Blackberrys. Nokia doesn't do CDMA.

I wouldn't want to see Nokia buy RIM either but since when does Nokia not do CDMA? I've owned many Nokia CDMA cell phones.

Oh this got interesting hypotheticly speaking IF this did happen and cdma lost out and with the I phone hitting the market. Eeverybody woud jum ship on the cdma carriers to go after balckberrys an I phones. Plam would still have the cdma market share thogh.
I'm suprised. Palm hasn't been bought out by rim or nokia yet.

Hehe CDMA is a smaller market.

Also nokia has a habit on instaling winmo5-6 on there smartphones whaen not using symbian.
But would the drop an OS for RIM's OS if they aquireed RIM?

I dunno wether to take that as a compliment or sarcasim or a combination of the 2. But I did know when I was 16 how to access my high scool english teachers network acount without kning the password to get in to grading programs.IBM an windows 3.1. We're laughable back then.
I also know that alt+F4 is close program/ window ctrl+ p is print ctrt+ c is copy ctrl+ v is paste ctrl + p is print. In outlook f9 is send/receive.

Actulally I spent mor time typing in school then righting funny thing was it was on apple. IIEs an macintodhes but the spcebard was alway gummed up so somtimes you would no het the space. So the end result is what you see today. It's been that way since elementry school teachers would rather try to read that then read my ahnd writing wich is attributed by a rare condition called disgarphia whi means really bad hand and eye cordination. Only doctors have worse handwriting than I do. That and I used to code a lot.

Nokia announced about a year ago that they would be weeding CDMA devices out of their development cycle. If you pair that with the legal battles between Nokia and Qualcomm I think that "Nokia doesn't do CDMA" is a very fair statement.

Yeah I can see nokias logic CDMA is pretty much limited to the United states wich makes it a smaller market compared to GSM. Now if the other manufactures f figure out that cutting development an manufacturing of cdma hardawre saves them money they will follow suit. Cept palm and UTstarcom. Suprot would pretty much disaper then all the bid cdma carriers would freak out for a bit and the convert to umts
