I have 2 HS-820 that have reached their battery's end-of-life. Bought an 800 ($90). Sucks. Doesn't fit my ear as well, and folks on the other end of a call say, "Static, dropouts, echo, you're in a tunnel, etc" Much better with the 820. So I sent it back to Motorola & should have another one this week. I'm hoping it was just a bad one-off.
