Sorry if some of these questions seem stupid, but I am just learning.

1) I figured out how to create new profiles to get alerts for messages and such. Do I have to have one of them set as the active profile to work?

2) I set up my email just fine, but is there a way to sync the calendar from Outlook wirelessly? I dont see anything on the desktop manager about it.

1) Yes, one must be selected to work, i.e. work, silent, loud, etc.

2) This depends on somethings, do you have a BIS or BES? Basically is this a personal BB or is it through your workplace?

2. You need to be on a BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) for wireless calendar sync.
