I have an 8800 user who is receiving e-mail in his Exchange account inbox and in the "default" inbox in Entourage.

This started happening last week. Nothing has changed on the Exchange or BES boxes.

Previously everything was OK, messages would only show up in his Exchange account inbox. The Exchange account is the only one set up in Entourage.

To make things even more interesting the messages that end up in the default Inbox are addressed to an alias e-mail address. Messages in the Exchange box are addressed to his primary address.

Just trying to rule out any sync issues with his BB before looking elsewhere.

Check their Entourage rules. It's fairly easy in Entourage to accidentally create a rule that moves or copies your email unexpectedly.

Thank you for the suggestion.

I checked the rules when I first looked at the machine. None were set up.

It doesn't look like anything has changed on the Mac/Entourage end. There were some changes made on the BES and Blackberry by another tech. who is currently on vacation. I will bug him about it when he returns.
