Question allow 7100t to go to non preferred network based on signal stregnth?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a tmobile 7100t, where I live the tmobile signal is poor, but tmo has an agreement with the local provider in my area (centennial wireless) that allows me to use their towers at no charge. When I am connected to the centennial towers i get a great signal, but the tmo is 1 bar at most and sometimes dies. Is there a setting in the phone that will allow the phone to automatically connect to the strongest signal instead of the weak signal of tmobile. I dont want to set it to manual because the only place where the centennial wireless signal is stronger is at my house, everywhere else i want to use the preferred tmobile network and dont want to manually switch all the time. I just thought that there may be a setting that will allow me to choose the strongest signal to connect to by default instead of tmobile first, then centennial if tmo is not available. Any help would be appreciated.

no - the only way to choose a network other than TMo is to use the manual network selection option. No choice based on signal strength is available. If it were, I suspect a vast majority of TMo's customers would end up on Cingular
