this morning about 940AM I encountered similar problem like last tuesday. my svc unit phone just went off n turn on by itself.however the whole day yesterday I did not experience this problem.last tuesday I experienced this kind of problem 4 times.kindly ask blackberry provider if this problem is also being experienced by other user n what solution to b done.the most hazzle on this is, once it turn on as it will upload all data n it wud take an hour or less when it finally recover.

I'm not sure I understand. Your Blackberry is turning itself off and then back on? And when it does this it takes an hour to reboot? For problems like this I usually recommend upgrading the Operating System of the device. Here is a link with instructions. Read the first post carefully and follow the instructions carefully.

Actually it turn-off by itself. then i need to turn it on manually. then it wud take an hour or less on bootingup.

The only reasons it should shut itself off are 1) the battery runs down, or 2) you have the auto on/off features turned on under the options menu.
